When will I receive my refund?
All refunds should be processed within 14 days of the item(s) being received at our warehouse. If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact our Customer Support Team who will be happy to assist further.
If I return a product, when will I receive my refund?
You’ll be refunded no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods. We’ll refund you via the same payment option you used when you placed your order.

What if a part of my order is missing?

My order is damaged. What should I do now?
Do I have to return the product in its original packaging?
The product you return must be returned in the original packaging. However the outer box does not have to be the outer box that you have received from us.
