Whilst we believe you’ll love our products, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. At Joeji’s, we stand with every product we make and proud of their quality and craftsmanship. We hope you do not experience any defects or problems with your products. If by any chance your product has a manufacturing fault or has become defective following normal domestic use, Joeji’s warrants free from product defect and workmanship under normal use for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase and may be returned for replacement. We make sure that we can find the right alternative for you and happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Please note the guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, deterioration due to accident, misuse, damage caused by abuse and/or negligence, discolouration caused by food/spices, scratches, stains or damage from overheating.

To make a guarantee claim, it is essential to send us an email with the following details:
- Your order number or proof of purchase/receipt
- Your warranty card (if any)
- A photo/video of the defective item(s)
- The product barcode
In the event of the product range is no longer available, we will offer an alternative product of similar quality. If an individual item within a set is faulty, we will replace the specific item, not the entire set.
Whilst we treat each case uniquely, we closely follow a company guarantee policy in order to protect both the company and the customer against invalid claims. Thus, we require proof of purchase and barcodes to be provided when contacting us.
