Refund policy

At Joeji’s, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our updated refund policy below. Refunds for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Only, we offer refunds under the following circumstances:
· Damaged Items: Items that arrive with visible damage or defects.
· Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or free returns for the following:
· Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.
· Mistaken Orders: If you ordered the wrong item or quantity.

Process for Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@joejis.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Proof: Include a clear photo or video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
3. Review and Resolution: Once we review your request, we’ll notify you of our decision. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes:
· Exclusions: Refunds are not available for non-defective products, sale items, or gift cards.
· Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear in your original payment account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
